Yes, McCabe offers complete design services. Whether you have a clear vision or need support from the ground up, our creative team will handle everything from logo placement to developing fully custom designs for your branded merchandise.

Do you offer warehousing and fulfillment services?

Yes, McCabe offers warehousing and fulfillment services for branded merchandise programs. We’ll handle everything from inventory storage to kitting, packing, and shipping.

Do you offer decoration services?

Yes, McCabe’s in-house production team, Black Sheep Designs, provides high quality design and decoration, leveraging our cutting edge equipment, technology, and craftsmanship. We currently offer embroidery, screen printing, and direct to film (DTF) transfers.

Can you manage online merch stores?

Yes, we create and manage merch stores through Shopify. We handle everything from store creation and product curation to inventory management, order processing, customer service, and fulfillment. Whether it’s for employee programs or enabling your stakeholders to purchase their own merchandise, we deliver a seamless, on-brand experience that makes distributing and managing your merchandise simple and efficient.

Do you ship branded merchandise across Canada?

Yes. Whether you’re sending items to a single location or coordinating deliveries to multiple recipients nationwide, we ensure everything arrives on time and in perfect condition. From individual shipments to large-scale distributions, we handle the logistics so you don’t have to.

What is your minimum order quantity?

What products do you have access to?

As one of Canada’s largest branded merchandise agencies with over 40 years in the industry, we have access to an extensive network of preferred vendors and suppliers across North America and globally. This means we can source virtually any product you can think of! For inspiration, you can browse our signature collection by clicking the “Catalogue” button in the top right of our page to explore tried-and-tested favourites. Our seasonal lookbooks are also available in the Resources section of the navigation bar under “Featured Flyers and Lookbooks”, and offer curated ideas and trend-driven inspiration. What’s your standard turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is typically 10–15 business days after artwork approval, depending on the complexity of the product and decoration method.

What decoration methods do you offer?

In addition to our in-house decoration, we also offer a wide range of decoration methods through our vendor network depending on the product, material, and desired look. Common options include embroidery, screen printing, pad printing, heat transfer, laser engraving, debossing, embossing, and full-colour digital print.

Can you match specific brand colours?

Yes, we can match specific brand colours using Pantone (PMS) references.
